This book is amazing! I've been spending hours at a time going through it. I've been producing music for 6 years now, and have never come across so much solid information in the same place. I've noticed an improvement in my productions already, and have recommended it to many friends. I don't usually leave reviews for anything, but I've been a fan of Attack Magazine for years and want to support their book.

This book certainly wasn't written for beginners, something to keep in mind before ordering. But if you are a novice or above and are interested in any genre of EDM you should buy this book. It isn't the type of book that you will finish in one sitting or even several but from reading the first chapter and then doing some skipping around I can attest that this book is worth every cent. It covers just about everything you need to know to produce EDM. So five start.

Good info. Repetitive phrases and words throughout. Typos here and there. Pixelated graphics next to clear graphics. Reads like the website and closer to a magazine, than a book. Overall though good info with clear examples. Next edition needs to clean up several things.

Beautifully laid out and it references a lot of great modern music to listen to and check out as lesson examples.Its exactly what I wanted. No BS, no more brainstorming key words to google or youtube and hope for quality info sources. No more wondering what I should think about first. I have a guide.There is a lot out there and it gets intimidating trying to figure it all out by yourself. Im really happy I found a textbook that I can study and actually learn.

A deep dive into every facet of dance music production. I'd say this is more of an "Intermediate to Advanced" level book especially for dance music producers, not so much a beginners' general guide. If that's you, though, you'll get A LOT out of this book. Highly recommended.

Get this book if you are a beginner looking to get into dance music. It is, however, explained well and has a good attitude but there are few to no advanced techniques. It's not a bad book by any means, just not mind blowing for intermediate and above producers, especially if you've studied composition.I suppose you could ask yourself, are there really any secrets to dance music? Or do you just do it?

Decent lab book but with too many errors in diagrams, which is unacceptable. For the price paid the diagrams should be of better quality.

I was required to get this for my class during my respiratory program. This book has good pictures for what it's worth but honestly it just seems like its pretty outdated.

This book provided good explanations on how to perform procedures for respiratory therapist. Would suggest it to anyone who is taking a respiratory therapy course.

Some of the competencies are laid out slightly different than ARC, but the step by step check lists are very helpful. This is definitely not a stand alone- you will need to refer to Egans or some other text for greater detail but the illustrated step by step instructions are great. There is a code that can be activated to an online resource. Apparently this is something brand new with the 3rd edition because when I first activated it there was nothing there. They have added a couple of videos since then, but they need to spend a lot more time on the web component to make it worth spending extra to have it.

This is a textbook required by my university degree program. I know you have to spend money to make money, but this has gotten out of hand. Every single textbook is simply a reprint of a previous edition. Why then do they cost 10 to 20 times as much as a new non-textbook? The only answer is because the university is given generous financial gifts, which we used to cal bribes, by the textbook publishers.We're halfway through the summer semester and have yet to use one page out of this "required" book.

This book does have good lab exercises to do and well explains each step in each part of the assessment in each but, when you get to the critical thinking questions at the end of the chapter none of my Respiratory books have much information correlated to the material also unlike most of by books like mosby it doesn't include any case studies to go along with the material
